Introduction

We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Helper / Apprentice with 0–2 years of experience who is motivated to learn, works hard, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

You will work directly alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in commercial systems, installations, and maintenance.


General Responsibilities

  • Assist lead technicians with service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems 
  • Help with equipment setup, tear-out, and installation 
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks (filter changes, coil cleaning, drain flushing, etc.) 
  • Carry tools, materials, and support jobsite efficiency 
  • Learn to read gauges, take measurements, and understand system operation 
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites 
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards 
  • Begin learning proper documentation and communication on jobs 


Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years HVAC or mechanical experience (or strong interest in the trade) 
  • Willingness to learn and take direction 
  • Strong work ethic and reliability 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Valid Texas driver’s license 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders/rooftops 
  • Basic mechanical aptitude 
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset
