Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Full Time Nights

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team on a full-time night shift. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

- Collaborate with the healthcare team.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Current certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

- Current BLS (CPR) certification

- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Compassionate and resident oriented approach to care

- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
