What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our residential team, you will move beyond just supervising—you will become a partner in recovery.
- Provide Hands-On Support: Guide individuals through daily household tasks, meal preparation, and personal care (ADLs).
- Empower Independence: Work one-on-one to help individuals develop skills, regain independence, and achieve their personal goals.
- Facilitate Recovery: Assist with residential activities, implement service plans, and provide support in daily living.
- Ensure Safety & Care: Manage medication according to NH guidelines and provide a safe, secure environment for residents.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for the mental health field and helping others thrive.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse population.
- Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in mental health or direct care setting is a plus!
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services is required.
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, allowing us to meet the needs of those we serve.
- CPR certification is required, or a willingness to obtain certification as part of your professional development.
- MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification is necessary, or the ability to pursue this certification.
- He-M 1202 (Medication Management) certification is required, or the capability to achieve this certification.
