Summary of position-
We are seeking a seeking talented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Regional Vice President of Managed Aircraft Sales to become part of our team of professionals who strive to provide the best possible service to our vast array of discerning clientele. As the Regional Vice President of Managed Aircraft Sales one of your primary responsibilities would be to help us grow and expand our fleet of managed aircraft.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
- Responsible for growing Elevate Jet's managed aircraft fleet
- Interpret sales data, analytics, and market insights to translate into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to execute winning region-specific sales plans
- Develop a strategy to increase the total number of managed aircraft at Elevate Jet, focusing on perspective customers interested in chartering their aircraft
- Proactive approach to analyzing, diagnosing, and prescribing strategic business solutions to meet company sales goals
- Ability to connect with and coordinate between key customers and internal/external stakeholders to promote and expand business opportunities
- Research demographics within the United States, targeting areas for growth that align with the organization’s sales vision and growth strategy
- Track perspective customer interaction and proposals within organization’s CRM system
- Provide periodic sales forecasts and reports
- Hold regular sales and marketing meetings with the Executive and the marketing teams
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with perspective clients
- Travel as needed for customer visits, trade shows and marketing events
- Attend meetings at headquarters as needed
- Efficiently collaborate with senior leadership during client onboarding process
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-
- Extensive sales experience in general aviation, with an emphasis in aircraft management services
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to deliver professional presentations to perspective clients
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Grow company culture, act as an ambassador of the Elevate Brand.
- Proficient in operational systems utilized by Sales
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative / self-driven
- Attention to detail, highly organized
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion
Education & Experience-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in general aviation preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven work experience in general aviation sales
Schedule & Travel-
- Standard business hours are expected in this role.
- Ability to travel as required up to 30-40%
