Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to perform various manual tasks to support daily operations across a variety of industries such as construction, manufacturing, or warehousing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Location: First project is at Newport, Rhode Island Naval Base
- This Position is 100% Travel
- Must have the ability to pass a Background Check
- Must have a Real ID or Passport (not expired).
Key Responsibilities:
- 100% Traveling
- Demolition may include lead, asbestos, etc.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Clean and prepare job sites or work areas
- Operate hand tools and small machinery safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors or site managers
- Assist skilled workers as needed (e.g., carpenters, electricians)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform general maintenance duties as assigned
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Work Environment:
- May involve outdoor or indoor work, depending on the industry
- Exposure to loud noises, dust, or hazardous materials depending on the worksite
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in general labor or related fields a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions (if applicable)
- Strong work ethic and a team player attitude
