As a Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with people with disabilities in their homes and communities, supporting independence and inclusion. 

  • Community Engagement – Helping individuals connect and participate in meaningful activities
  • Daily Living Support – Assisting with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational experiences
  • Skill Development – Support growth in independent living skills and confidence.


About the Position

  • Location: South Philadelphia 
  • Schedule: Friday: 8AM - 4PM and every other Saturday/Sunday 8AM - 4PM

 

We’re looking for an outgoing, adaptable, and community-minded DSP who can provide support in areas such as:

  • Budgeting and managing finances
  • Fostering independent living skills
  • Staying connected with family and friends
  • Maintaining routines
  • Transportation to activities and appointments

Requirements

 

  • A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience supporting people to live in the community.
  • Experience with dual diagnosis a plus!
  • Possession of a valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, proof of current vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Be or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated prior to employment.
Salary Description
$19/hour
