Description

SUMMARY

The Transition Specialist is responsible for assisting transitioning teams with the onboarding of Sanctuary Wealth documents and coordination of custodial documents. The transition specialist will work directly with the Director of Operations and have direct lines to Operations. This position will assist in training onboarding teams on paperwork, tech stack, custodian lines and other systems that are applicable to the initial launch of the teams.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

· Be on-site during transitions to assist with the completion of end-client packets for the team while training the support staff on the completion of documents

· As the primary liaison for operations, compliance, and technology needs, provide coordination for transitioning advisors to include assisting them with set-up and login information to all systems, training on all systems, and workflow processing assistance

· Provide assistance to the Operations Manager and Director of Transitions by coordinating and supporting the transition process from timeline management, accuracy, delivery, and experience

· Assist with communication, completion and tracking of transition documents, licensing, registrations, and systems accesses

· Assist transitioning advisor teams with processing transfer business through the firm's workflow process/management system

· Assist the operations team with creating "Quick Guides" to assist advisors with workflow guidelines for advisory, brokerage, insurance, and 529 business

· Assist the Operations Manager and Director of Transitions with creating and developing a four-month support module to communicate the activities this position provides and create a monthly report for management to track progress

· When not leading a transition, a Transition Specialist will be responsible for supporting other transitions remotely or assist other Sanctuary Operations departments.

· Position requires 50% travel

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:

The following skills and abilities are required to perform this job successfully:

· Proficient in Microsoft O365 Software and other technology 

· Polished oral and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to assess project needs and prioritize accordingly

· Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

· Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment with a flexible work schedule

· Ability to collaborate with other teams and departments 

· Excellent follow-through skills 

· A can-do attitude 


EDUCATION AND/OR LICENSES REQUIRED

· Bachelor’s Degree or combination of industry experience and education

· FINRA Licensed 7, 66 (or a Series 63 and 65) are nice to have


SALARY RANGE – $75k-90K
