Job Description:

This position is responsible for prospecting, building relationships, growing new and existing business, and supporting company revenue targets. The role requires research and understanding of the customer needs, positively working with cross-functional teams, and an advocate for the company culture and direction. Domestic travel is required.  


Qualifications/Skills:

Proven track record in sales and/or customer service with a minimum of 5 years’ experience 

Experience with NetSuite a plus

Existing network into customer base within the retail fixture industry

Ability to close deals and strong business acumen and sales driven personality

Excellent relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills 

Ability to handle multiple customer accounts 

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Action, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented

Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Develop and sustain solid relationships with key existing and potential customers

Understand customer needs and prepare customized solutions

Grow and develop existing and potential customers 

Research and call potential customers for information regarding their business and possible areas that match our product/service offerings.    

Act as a point of contact to address and resolve customer complaints 

Work closely with customers to obtain product specs and images

Prepare and sends customers quotes and sales orders in NetSuite.  

Work with customers on sales forecasts 

Design and develop sales presentations for customers including business reviews 

Visit customers to access trends, competition, recommendations, and product performance 

Continued education for all retail accounts

Work with cross functional teams on process improvements
