What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading with care: Supervise staff and ensure residents receive top-notch care.
     
  • Making it personal: Create and implement care plans tailored to long-term needs.
     
  • Staying sharp: Administer medications safely and efficiently.
     
  • Keeping families in the loop: Provide updates and peace of mind to loved ones.
     
  • Being a calm in the storm: Step in with skill and care during emergencies.
     
  • Documenting with purpose: Ensure accurate, timely, and thorough clinical notes.
     
  • Teaming up: Collaborate with doctors, families, and your amazing coworkers.


Shift Availability:


Whether you’re a night owl, early bird, or looking for flexibility we’ve got a spot for you!


8 or 12 hour shifts available!

Other Functions

  • Ensures compliance with company’s clinical policies and procedures.
  • Follows the guidelines established from the Nurse Practice Act, company standards, policies and procedures and sound nursing judgment.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Must maintain confidentiality and protect resident rights, regarding all resident/personnel information.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA laws and related regulations.
  • Must possess strong communication, customer service, teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Positive , enthusiastic attitude.



Requirements

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.


Licenses/Certification  

Current RN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.


Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
