Description
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to voice communications and systems.
  • Install, deploy, and maintain telephones, soft clients, and maintain voice systems documentation.
  • Installation and maintenance of customer premise PRI’s, PBX, SM, CM, SBC, CMS, AES and VoIP systems, and associated equipment.
  • Coordinate with Network Engineers and vendors to assist with cable management, wiring, and outlet installations for network and telecom circuits.
  • Port telephone numbers to and from various carriers.
  • Manage Avaya phone extensions, call centers, and voicemail, etcetera.
