Human Resources Coordinator

This role is a full time, Monday through Friday role located in North Brookfield, MA. In this Administrative Assistant, Human Resources role the candidate will be responsible for providing support to the day-to-day HR Functions, serving as a resource to both employees and management in an effort to support the achievement of Vibram’s manufacturing and business goals. This role will report to the HR Generalist. 

Requirements

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 

  • Prepares      and distributes various HR reports.
  • Participates      in data entry projects. Audits      data, scans, organizes and files confidential documents.
  • Provides support for Benefits Administration.
  • Aids in preparation of training      material.
  • Maintains HR shared calendar and      email. 
  • Design      and post notices and other communications for the plant and office      buildings.
  • Creates      and proofreads documents for company-wide distribution.
  • Assists      in company event planning. 
  • Distributes      office mail.
  • Inventories      and orders office supplies.
  • Assists      visitors with trip itinerary and acts as point of contact for duration of      their stay.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Excellent organizational skills      and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office      management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office      equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Excellent written and verbal      communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office      Suite.
  • Must maintain confidential      information and operate with integrity.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • High school diploma or equivalent      required.
  • Prior administrative assistant      experience preferred.
  • HRIS experience preferred.
