Great Strides Rehabilitation, part of the H2 Health family, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our St. Augustine pediatric clinic. Whether you're a certified RBT or looking to become one, we offer the tools, support, and career path to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized and small group ABA therapy for children ages 0–21
   
• Work closely with experienced BCBAs in clinic and community settings
   
• Support children’s development through evidence-based, play-driven interventions
   

What You’ll Need:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is preferred
   
• Not certified yet? We’ll help with the training to get you there!
