Job Purpose
We are hiring an Account Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of municipality clients. This role focuses on post-sale relationship management and renewal responsibilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients realize the full value of our platform while identifying opportunities for growth and deeper engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct the ethnography of the municipality documenting all components of the commercial and social ecosystem.
- Provide the ethnography to the marketing and provider teams to ensure that all stakeholders and potential platform users are included in the network and in the communications..
- Own and nurture long-term relationships with all entities and key stakeholders in the municipality ecosystem
- Serve as the primary municipality contact post-sale.
- Drive utilization in the municipality
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews and deliver the business reviews at City Council meetings
- Share best practices across municipalities
- Attend community activities as the Care Solace representative.
- Track customer health using CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, ChurnZero) and provide regular reporting on account status.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in account management
- Experience working with public sector clients, particularly municipalities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate government organizations and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with government contracting and budgeting processes.
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience in local government
- Understanding of procurement cycles and public funding mechanisms.
- Background in public administration, or social impact work is a plus.
Salary Description
$90,000 - $125,000
