What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and engage construction talent (skilled and unskilled trades)
   
• Maintain a strong pipeline of vetted workers ready to be deployed
   
• Partner with our operations team to fill roles quickly and accurately
   
• Conduct interviews and perform reference/background checks as needed
   
• Track candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
   
• Ensure a top-tier candidate experience from initial contact to job start
   
• Stay up to date on market trends and local labor needs in the Tempe/Phoenix area
   

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, or staffing
   
• A strong understanding of the construction labor market and trade roles
   
• Excellent communication skills — both with workers and hiring managers
   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
   
• Highly organized with solid time management skills
   
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Pay Range:

$50,000–$60,000/year base + performance bonuses
