Job Description – Resident Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
Redstone, a Burlington, VT based real estate development and property management firm, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to perform a variety of functions within the office supporting multiple teams across the organization including resident services, maintenance, leasing, and property management. This position is ideal for a resourceful and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly shift focus to meet the evolving needs of the team each day. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically and understand broader objectives. We are looking for a self-driven and competent Resident Services Coordinator to join our team!
Reports to: Senior Resident Services Manager
Supervises:?None
Wage Status:?Non-Exempt; 40 hours/week
Wage: $23-24 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Assist with keeping residential communities informed of building-wide inspections and other planned maintenance projects.
- Voicemail Triage.
- Developing and maintaining frequently asked questions for residents.
- Assist with Lease Violation Warning Communications.
- Assemble welcome packets and help with move-in reminders and communication.
- Assist with on-property events or special projects.
- Field resident work orders, entering them into the database and tracking status as appropriate.
- Answer office phones/emails, screen and relay calls/messages, and field requests as appropriate for Resident Services and Leasing & Marketing
- Arranging Key and Parking Pass pick up with residents.
- In coordination with the Senior Resident Services Manager and the Director of Residential Facilities schedule and coordinate Redstone’s team of maintenance technicians to ensure that work orders with specific access notes are honored Including last-minute changes and cancellations. This also includes scheduling resident contacts and vendors to arrange access to buildings and apartments for contracted maintenance and vendor services.
- Provide regular updates to residents on open/pending maintenance requests; Assist with assessment of resident satisfaction of work performed.
- Assist with keeping residential communities informed of building-wide inspections and other planned maintenance projects.
- Assist with move-in procedures including welcome packet preparation and assisting with move-in/move-out communications/reminders.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and a clear working knowledge of property operating procedures.
- Expected to provide exceptional customer service, creating a strong sense of community for all residents.
- Help support the leasing team when needed.

Strong computer skills, especially in the Microsoft suite. Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
