- $20/hr during paid training
- $25/hr base pay once fully trained
- Performance-based bonuses & commission opportunities
- Total compensation is commonly $30–$35/hr for motivated technicians

What You’ll Do
- Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer homes and job sites
- Diagnose and repair garage doors and garage door openers
- Perform installations and service repairs
- Recommend products and services (training provided)
- Serve approximately 5 customers per day
- Provide professional, friendly service focused on peace of mind
Requirements
Requirements
- No garage door experience required — paid training provided
- Mechanically inclined, dependable, and safety-minded
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (5+ years)
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Consistent work history and interest in long-term career growth
