Description

Summary: The Production Coordinator will support the production teams in production, inventory, bill of lading, and invoice ticketing processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Start production process by using D365 software to put order numbers into system.
  • Create production lines for product to put into inventory.
  • Schedule and quote freight options and pickups for orders and quotes.
  • End production lines accurately by coordinating lines with paperwork.
  • Enter inventory adjustments into a journal to balance inventory. 
  • Complete internal transfers and work orders between our Medford, Merrill, and Green Bay divisions.
  • Assist in the purchasing department as needed.
  • Will assist the customer service department with order entry and quoting process when needed.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • One year of office experience, preferred.
  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills. 
  • Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
