Description
Summary: The Production Coordinator will support the production teams in production, inventory, bill of lading, and invoice ticketing processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Start production process by using D365 software to put order numbers into system.
- Create production lines for product to put into inventory.
- Schedule and quote freight options and pickups for orders and quotes.
- End production lines accurately by coordinating lines with paperwork.
- Enter inventory adjustments into a journal to balance inventory.
- Complete internal transfers and work orders between our Medford, Merrill, and Green Bay divisions.
- Assist in the purchasing department as needed.
- Will assist the customer service department with order entry and quoting process when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- One year of office experience, preferred.
- Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
- Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
