Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Strong leadership of our Electrical, Mechanical and Systems Engineering staff
- Key participant in the evaluation of future technologies for product growth and creation
- Key technical interface to customers
- Technical specification, requirements development, verification/validation planning and test Engineering resource management
- Technical leadership and support for proposal preparation, evaluation and bid strategy
- Owner of the engineering processes and procedures
- Ensures engineering projects comply with UEC Quality standards and customer expectations
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 7 years demonstrated engineering leadership experience with proven track record in the areas of electromechanical control/power systems, and 3 years’ experience managing personnel
