Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of pediatric conditions in outpatient primary care.
- Conduct routine well-child visits, vaccinations, and screenings.
- Offer guidance on nutrition, development, safety, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for holistic treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation in EMR.
- Educate patients and families on chronic conditions and treatment plans.
Requirements
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completion of a pediatric residency program.
- Board Certification from the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
- Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA license.
- Strong communication skills and a family-centered care approach.
