We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Candy Kitchen Team at Center Grove Orchard. Candy Kitchen Staff members are responsible for producing sweet treats for the Country Store, including Caramel Apples, Fudge, and Peanut Butter. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, interacting with people, and contributing to a fun and festive atmosphere, this role is for you! 

Roles & Responsibilities

We cross-train in order to allow staff to seamlessly jump in and assist where needed. You might become an expert in one or two roles, or you might discover that you enjoy many and become a master in them all!

• Retail Fudge
  • Assist with the packaging and presentation of fudge
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Monitor and restock fudge as needed
  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Actively participate in sales events and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned by Team Leads or Supervisor
• Retail Product Production
  • Contribute to the production of Caramel Dip, Honey Roasted Peanut Butter, and Roasted Nuts
  • Follow established recipes and guidelines
  • Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standard
  • Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality
  • Meet daily/weekly production targets and deadlines
  • Record production data as required
  • Other duties as assigned by Team Leads or Supervisor

• Must be 14 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods of time, bending or repetitive movements
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong teamwork skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and excel in various roles is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
