We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Farmyard Attractions Team at Center Grove Orchard. The primary responsibility of Farmyard Attraction Workers is to maintain the safety of guests on the Farmyard. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, interacting with people, being outside and contributing to a fun and festive atmosphere, this role is for you! 

Roles & Responsibilities

As a part of the Farmyard Attraction Worker role, you will:

• Ensure the safety of guests on each attraction
• Foster positive and enjoyable experience for guests
• Enforce rules and regulations associated with each attraction
• Participate in the rotation schedule, moving through different attractions
• Maintain clear communication with team members and Supervisor regarding any issues, concerns, or incidents related to guests’ safety and attraction operations
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

• Must be 14 years of age or older
• Must be able to articulate rules and engage with guests
• Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions from heat to cold and rain to snow.
• Ability to respond to conflict
• Previous experience and helpful skills are those similar to recess/playground duty and a lifeguard.
