As a Sr. Healthcare Analytics Consultant, Population Health you will:
• Identify and communicate insights that identify opportunities to improve outcomes through population health management programs
• Lead complex analyses deriving key performance indicators, document assumptions and parameters, and create analytic collateral
• Provide specialized analytics and business insights to support several internal departments
• Incorporate and provide data quality assurance on analytic deliverables created within the department
• Work cross-departmentally to support the scaling of data models and reports as needed
• Act as subject matter expert on line of business client/contract performance and opportunities
• Attend market-assigned meetings and lead deliverables with Market President
• Act as subject matter expert on Navvis’ proprietary platform and technology
• Other duties as assigned
A Day in the Life:
• Collaborate with Data Operations to ensure appropriate quality assurance of all data
• Support financial projections, including analysis of supporting clinical programs
• Develop and/or modify dashboards and reports using business intelligence (BI) programs (Tableau, Power BI)
• Analyze episode benchmarking data, reports, processes and measurements for performance indicators
• Analyze costs, utilization trends and develop financial models using claims and other healthcare data
• Plan, coordinate, and develop high quality, specialized documents, written reports and presentations for client organizations
• Manage projects, meetings, and communications as it relates to assigned deliverables

We are excited about you if you have these things:
• BA in Health Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics
• MA/MS in a related are is a plus
• 5+ years’ experience with a health plan or other risk bearing healthcare business in an analytical role
• Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI and/or Tableau, and a statistical programming package like Python, R, SAS
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across departments
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
