Summary: The Customer Service Representative supports customers along with the plant manager, supervisors, and district sales managers to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Utilize the Infor configurator and D365 software for printing paperwork, picking tickets, and sales receipts
· Enter data and import quotes into the computer system
· Generate BOLs using RedWood and contacts carriers to schedule pick-ups
· Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates and times to customers
· Contact accounts and build relationships with customers
· Coordinate customer files
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Assist other departments on an as-needed basis
Qualifications:
· High school diploma required
· One year of office experience, preferred
· Knowledge of window and grilles, preferred
· Customer service experience, preferred
· Have effective and positive communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain organization in a quickly changing environment
· Demonstrate high levels of reliability
· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
