What You’ll Do:

· Empower individuals to land competitive jobs that align with their dreams.

· Work closely with a mental health team to support each member’s journey.

· Build strong relationships with employers and advocate for each member.

· Celebrate wins—like someone’s first day on the job!

What Your Days Might Look Like:

· Meeting clients for coffee to prep for interviews.

· Chatting with employers to find the perfect fit.

· Helping clients navigate benefits like SSI or Medicaid.

· Being a key part of a compassionate, supportive team.

Bonus Points if You:

· Know the IPS model (Individual Placement & Support).

· Have experience in mental health or vocational services.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

No supervisory responsibilities.

OTHER EXPECTATIONS:

For non-supervisory staff whose roles require community engagement, you are expected to be present in the office for in-person meetings, administrative tasks, training, and whenever directed to report to the office. Outside of these instances, the expectation is that you will be in the community providing services to clients.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

· Have a bachelor’s in a human service or liberal arts field or at least 3 years of experience. 

· Are at least 21 with a valid driver’s license (yep, you’ll need to be insurable).

· Can work a spreadsheet, write a decent email, and use Word like a pro.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Base Salary: $45,000 per year 

· Paid Time Off: 11 Vacation days, 12 Holidays days, 3 sick days, 3 personal days

· Illinois Paid Leave: 40 hours (accrued)
