Description

  

The HR Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.


Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans
  • Fill critical positions across teams with high performers, in a timely fashion
  • Identify sourcing messages and techniques to identify the optimal recruiting strategy for each role
  • Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing processes
  • Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is performed in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/virtual screenings
  • Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing approach by role
  • Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Continuously research the hiring market and recruiting industry trends
  • Drive a positive candidate experience
  • Performing reference checks, as needed
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies
  • Skills in the art of negotiation, and comfort managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
