We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Test Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about software quality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. 

As a key contributor to our QA efforts, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests across functional and regression test suites. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve issues while ensuring the reliability and performance of our software products. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional and regression testing 
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve bugs 
• Maintain and enhance the automated test harness, ensuring continuous integration and delivery 
• Perform API, UI, and load testing using industry-standard tools 
• Create and update technical documentation related to test processes and tools 
• Work closely with DevOps, development, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and test coverage across environments 

Required Skills and Experience 

• Strong experience in test automation and quality assurance 
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS 
• Solid understanding of source control tools like Git or GitLab 
• Working knowledge of Docker and AWS 
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases 
• Experience with IntelliJ or other modern IDEs 
• Exposure to load testing frameworks like Locust (or similar) 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility 

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with C++ 
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger 
• Familiarity with automated UI testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Eggplant
