Position Summary

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for IoT and cloud technologies? Telit is seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Specialist (RSS) to champion our IoT connectivity and cloud services across the U.S. In this hunter-style role, you’ll lead direct sales efforts, identify and convert strategic accounts, and partner with Telit’s Hardware Sales Directors as a trusted subject matter expert. You’ll drive growth by delivering innovative connectivity solutions that solve real customer challenges.


Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for Telit’s connectivity and cloud services—prospect, pitch, close, repeat!
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships within strategic accounts to uncover needs and tailor solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, showcasing Telit's infrastructure, security, and integration strengths
  • Guide clients through technical evaluations, manage risks, and lead complex negotiations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and third-party solution providers to deliver compelling RFP responses
  • Crush your sales targets by executing account strategies with discipline and agility
Requirements
  • Drive direct sales for IoT services in high-potential accounts without hardware dependencies
  • Act as a connectivity and cloud SME alongside hardware-focused sales directors
  • Develop innovative approaches to customer objections and accelerate deal velocity. Deliver compelling presentations that highlight Telit’s unique value and technical strengths. Capture account insights and competitive intel to influence product direction and positioning
  • Maintain a structured, high-performing sales pipeline via CRM tools and consistent reporting
  • Report weekly activity, monthly forecasts, and key market dynamics to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in solution-based or connectivity services selling
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience in IoT, M2M, telecom, or system integration a strong advantage
  • Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
  • Highly motivated self-starter—resilient, competitive, and committed to winning
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the region (40–60%)
