The Sales Executive is responsible for driving growth through new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying potential customers. This position is responsible for communication, quoting, operating, maintaining, and growing their assigned accounts.


Key Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

  • Prospecting & Sales: Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to generate new business. Develop and manage leads through the full sales cycle.
  • Customer Management: Oversee daily freight operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Quoting & Contracts: Provide accurate freight quotes within target regions while maintaining profitability and compliance.
  • Technology & Data: Utilize internal and external TMS systems to track shipments and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with carrier sales, marketing, and operations to drive results.
  • Other Duties: Support additional logistics and sales tasks as needed.

Starting base of $55,000 plus commission!
