Hyper Wellness Sales Representative
Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service & Education: Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and educating clients about Restore’s services, explaining the benefits of our modalities, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Sales Focus: Drive sales by promoting our services and products, meeting individual sales goals, and providing exceptional experiences that encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including but not limited to, front desk, significant client interaction (in-person, phone, text), cleaning, laundry, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and functionality of the center.
  • Client Experience: Go above and beyond to ensure clients have an exceptional experience with every visit. You will be the face of our brand, and your positive energy will help clients feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive, supportive, and high-energy work environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new services, trends, and product offerings to better serve our clients and promote new opportunities.

  • Prior Experience: While previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, we’re willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
