The Role

We’re seeking a Creative Director to unify and amplify our brand identities across multiple entities. You’ll craft brand bibles, style guides, and oversee websites, merchandise, and theme park visuals, ensuring consistency and impact. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work with senior management to manage graphic design and align with our fast-paced, fan-driven mission. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop brand bibles and style guides for all subsidiaries and business units
  • Oversee design of logos, websites, merchandise (e.g., apparel, toys, theme park visuals, et.)
  • Collaborate with leadership to align creative work with business and fan-engagement goals
  • Establish scalable processes for consistent, high-energy creative output

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in creative leadership, ideally in entertainment, multi-brand, or agency environments
  • Expertise in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and web design principles
  • Proven ability to create brand guidelines and manage complex, fan-facing creative projects
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with branding, merchandising, advertising, and themed entertainment (e.g., theme parks)
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth, multi-faceted organization
