Primary Function:  


Provides timely Customer Service to all borrowers, partner lenders, and internal customers and performs general servicing responsibilities. Responsible for customer calls from the front desk. Monitors the Servicing email inbox and replies to customer inquiries within timed guidelines. Updates all loans in ventures from email and phone communication. 


Essential Functions

  • Respond to customer services inquiries via email and phone
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Handle various general office tasks
  • Create reports of customer interactions
  • Provides backup to other positions within the department
  • Assist with sending annual documents to borrowers
  • Scan documents into imaging system
  • Assist in logging and imaging borrowers’ tax returns throughout the year
  • Assist with collecting mail and distributing mail to respective peers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in general customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

  • High School Diploma

  • Ability to lift 5lbs
