Summary: 

The Production Lead is responsible for following proper procedures and specifications while being the lead in a production area. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  May be asked to work in any area of the assembly line to assist in production of baked goods as needed
• May be asked to work on different lines and/or workstations depending on staffing and production needs, per supervisor discretion.
• Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes

• High school diploma or GED is preferred (not required) and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
• 6 months related experience
• Bakery experience a plus
