Description
Function: Responsible for coordination and management of the organizations operational and business
development functions, as assigned, in accordance with established systems and procedures, including
new initiatives at designated branch location.
Essential Duties:
- Ensure compliance through job function and responsibilities relating to various federal
regulations including Bank Secrecy / Anti Money Laundering Act, Regulation E, Right to Financial
Privacy, Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc. - Network within the branch community to uphold the brand and reputation of the company,
while identifying additional opportunities for market growth - Ensure consistent adherence to operational and regulatory procedures
- Lead efforts and serve as liaison to ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues
- Review, audit and ensure proper control of monthly operational logs and reports, as assigned
- Partner with management to streamline procedures, create efficiencies, automate processes
and effectively communicate changes to the team - Assist with training, development, scheduling and performance plans for branch staff
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Relevant work experience with a financial institution
- Significant knowledge of industry processes, procedures and workflows
- Ability to prioritize and focus on critical issues
- Knowledge of computer systems and changing technology
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead or supervise a team and
communicate results, as well as carry out newly established policies and procedures
