Wayside Publishing is seeking an experienced, full-time Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business opportunities from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will join our team on-site in Freeport, Maine.
As an Account Manager, you will create long-term relationships with our customers as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their accounts.
In this role, you should be able to understand the customer’s needs and execute a plan to meet those needs. You will work closely with and liaise between sales, customer service, and technical support to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services for the long run. You will collaborate with every department to improve the entire customer experience for each of your accounts. You will be responsible to reach an annual sales target from existing and new business opportunities.
As a small business, all of our positions require flexibility and occasionally additional responsibilities that may include providing other employees with support.
