Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HVAC control installations in commercial buildings
  • Supervise electricians and apprentices, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and HVAC schematics
  • Coordinate with HVAC technicians, project managers, and clients to ensure proper project installation sequencing and scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience, with 2+ years focused on HVAC control systems
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising crews and managing jobsite logistics
  • Proficiency in BAS platforms is preferred (Trane, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Distech, Schneider Electric)
  • Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA safety standards, and commercial building codes

  • Comfortable working at height in lifts, scaffolding, or ladders


Salary Description
$28 - $34 / hour
