IMS is a growing pavement analysis company with operations across North America. For more than 35 years, the company has used high-tech equipment to scan streets, sidewalks, and other road-related assets for city and county governments. We are growing quickly and are looking for top-notch players to join us in our growth.
We specialize in the collection of road condition data and right-of-way assets (such as street signs, streetlights, curbs/gutters, and sidewalks). The data is collected through a variety of technology solutions including electronic sensors and observations captured through touch screens. The data is post processed and analyzed to produce an asset inventory, financial evaluation and operating plan for our clients.

Our engineering team works with the data that our field crews collect while assessing roads, sidewalks, and other right-of-way assets. After it arrives, we process the data and then begin analyzing it to help determine the best possible pavement management plan and budget for our clients. This requires a combination of technical skill and engineering judgement as we craft solutions for our clients. As a Project Engineer in Training you would work closely with our Project Engineers to conduct high-level pavement analysis, create budget planning strategies in a variety of software environments, and ensure the quality of the reports and suggestions we give to clients at the conclusion of a project.
