The Animal Hospital of Centerton, part of Rose Veterinary Management Group (RVMG), is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our expanding team. We provide management and operational support to four privately owned small animal hospitals throughout Northwest Arkansas, committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care in a positive and professional environment.
About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated veterinarian dedicated to practicing modern, evidence-based medicine. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, communicate effectively with clients and staff, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive hospital culture. Our hospitals offer comprehensive services in general practice including:
- Preventive and wellness care
- Surgery and dentistry
- Internal medicine
- Radiology and ultrasonography
- Dermatology
- Palliative and end-of-life care

Responsibilities:
Medical:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions in companion animals
- Perform surgical procedures and administer anesthesia with support from the technical team
- Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Collect and analyze lab samples
- Prescribe medications and maintain thorough medical records
- Ensure humane euthanasia when appropriate
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership
- Provide training and oversight to support staff as needed
- Actively participate in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing improvement initiatives
Client Service:
- Educate clients on diagnoses, treatments, preventative care, and nutrition
- Answer client inquiries and provide follow-up care instructions
- Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Rotating half-day Saturdays
- No after-hours or on-call duties

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary program
- Valid veterinary license in the state of Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- USDA APHIS Category I or II Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and compassionate care
