As a BMW Genius, you are entrusted with delivering comprehensive product information during sales and after-sales processes. Your key duties may include maintaining in -depth knowledge of BMW products, addressing customer inquiries, explaining vehicle features during deliveries, and ensuring the sage upkeep of physical resources. Additionally, you may travel to different dealerships, assist in dealer trades, participate in community events and contribute to a high-quality customer experience by actively listening and following procedures.

Key responsibilities:

Product Presentation:

Explaining vehicle features and technology to customers, often using tools like iPad and mobile customizers

Customer engagement

Working with sales teams to keep customers engaged and enthusiastic about BMW vehicles

Test Drives:

Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle capabilities

Post sale support:

Providing ongoing support to customers after they’ve purchased their vehicle including explaining the BMW app and other features.

Knowledge Updates:

Continuously learning about new MW products and technologies through training and development programs 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work extended hours
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Be able to carry more than 5 lbs. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

Must be able to work under a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work independently or on a team environment

OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

Must be 21 years old or older

Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License

Must be able to pass a drug screening test.

Must be able to pass a background screening check.
