Exciting Opportunity: Regional Manager (Maryland – 3 Locations) at Underbite Dental Management

Underbite Dental Management is seeking a motivated, operations-driven Regional Manager to lead our three high-production, patient-focused practices in Maryland. Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site rotation across MD locations; occasional flexibility for staffing/meetings)  
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + performance bonus 
• Work Location: In person across our three Maryland practices (regular travel required)

What We’re Looking For

An experienced dental/healthcare operator who:

• Has 3–5+ years managing multi-site dental or healthcare locations (DSO experience strongly preferred)  
• Owns P&L outcomes and drives KPIs (production, collections, AR, schedule utilization, treatment acceptance, hygiene capacity, overtime control)  
• Is an expert in staffing and coaching: recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective action  
• Understands insurance, billing, and AR workflows; partners effectively with RC/TC leads  
• Champions compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, labor standards, required postings)  
• Communicates with clarity, holds high standards, and builds trust with doctors, managers, and teams  
• Tech-savvy: Open Dental (preferred), Paylocity, Asana, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Forms)  

Your Responsibilities

• Own regional performance: Drive production, collections, AR health, schedule fill, and profitability across all MD offices  
• Lead and develop managers/teams: Weekly 1:1s, coaching plans, recognition, and accountability to goals  
• Scheduling excellence: Ensure accurate Paylocity schedules, timekeeping compliance, and labor optimization  
• Patient experience & growth: Elevate NPS/Google reviews, treatment acceptance, and re-care; partner on local marketing  
• Revenue cycle & insurance: Oversee verification, breakdowns, claims, and patient/insurance collections with AR leads  
• Compliance & safety: Maintain OSHA/HIPAA standards, sterilization audits, incident reporting, and labor-law postings  
• Inventory & cost control: Monitor ordering, supply budgets, and vendor compliance  
• Doctor partnership: Align on clinical capacity, technology adoption, and calendar optimization  
• Reporting: Weekly KPI dashboards with action plans; monthly P&L reviews and corrective actions
