Description

Technical Support Engineer provides exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, to verify new features based on customer requests and manage CR and BUG trackers effectively to meet customer requirements and improve product quality. 

  • Handle Technical support for HW related issue
  • Review Design (Schematic & PCB)
  • Analyze Failure (RMA)
  • Support customer device debugging
  • Support Regulatory/Carriers certification
  • Function as a technical contact point for FAE, Sales and customers in technical perspective
  • Provide Technical assistance and integration support to customers and distributors for their application design
  • Work collaboratively with FAE, R&D, Sales team and PM  
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
  • About 5-8 years' experience as a development engineer(HW) in the wireless telecoms industry (especially in Cellular, GNSS)
  • Spoken English proficient
  • Experience of HW development and design based on cellular technology (2G/3G/4G/5G)
  • Experience of CAD tool to understand a customer schematic and gerber file
  • Capability of handling the necessary Cellular & GNSS test equipment
  • Understanding of 3GPP specification for customer certification support
  • Excellent team working skills
  • No restriction on overseas travel
