The Sheraton Hotel of Eatontown is seeking candidates for the position of Restaurant Bartender to join our award-winning team. Join our team as a Restaurant Bartender and bring energy, professionalism, and top-notch service to our guests. You’ll craft drinks, engage with guests, and contribute to creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Maintain a clean, organized bar area

· Interact with guests and take drink orders

· Monitor alcohol consumption and follow safety guidelines

· Assist with inventory and restocking

Compensation and Benefits include:

· This position offers a starting rate of $8.00 per hour plus gratuities

· Part-time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified).

Requirements include:

· Prior bartending experience 

· Excellent customer service and multitasking skills

· Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)

· Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
