 Job Summary:

Are you ready to fast-track your career in banking? As a participant in our Bank Leadership Development Program (LDP), you’ll embark on an exciting internship through our Flight Academy, rotating across key departments and working alongside the bank’s leaders. This program is designed to give you hands-on experience, leadership development, and a 360-degree view of internal banking operations. 


Job Duties:

  • Develop a strong understanding of core banking operations, including customer service, compliance, and financial products. 
  •  Rotate through key departments with numerous inside bank operations. 
  • Shadow department leaders and actively contribute to daily operations and strategic initiatives. 
  • Support cross-functional projects and assist in planning, execution, and reporting under the mentorship of senior management. 
  • Participate in leadership workshops and training sessions through the Flight Academy. 
  • Attend executive-level meetings to gain insight into high-level decision-making and organizational strategy. 
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability while working in diverse team environments. 
  • Engage in weekly check-ins with program coordinators to review progress, set goals, and receive feedback. 
  • Complete a capstone project based on internship experiences and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership at the end of the program.


Requirements

 Qualification:

  • Secondary Education in Business or Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Ability to thrive in team-based settings and a collaborative approach to working with different departments. 


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
