Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy to children with autism and other developmental diagnoses
     
  • Collect real-time data on client progress
     
  • Follow individualized behavior plans written by your supervising BCBA
     
  • Maintain organized therapy materials
     
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and supervision sessions
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children (required)
     
  • Current RBT certification (required)
     (If you are not certified, please apply to our separate opening: “RBT Trainee / Behavior Tech in Training”)
     
  • Comfortable with physical requirements:
    • Lifting up to 25+ lbs
    • Working on the floor or in active play environments
    • Standing or sitting for extended periods
    • Moving quickly and responsively

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
     
  • Some Saturdays required (rotational basis)
     
  • Weekday off provided when Saturday is worked
