Location: Home based within the Southeast Territory (North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida)
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Support and grow the Class A and B foam systems and agent business with current and new clients.
· Expand the sprinkler contractor customer base.
· Support the existing municipal distribution network while identifying new distributor opportunities.
· Build strong networks with architectural and engineering firms, sprinkler contractors, municipal distributors, and end users.
· Manage and strengthen customer relationships.
· Prepare and deliver quotes for foam systems and foam agents.
· Document customer interactions — including calls, visits, meetings, and training in the CRM module within NetSuite.
· Analyze data and provide strategic insights to support ongoing sales strategy development.
· Lead by example with a hands-on, field-oriented leadership style, bringing energy, passion, and direction to the team.
· Foster a dedicated team culture consistent with company values.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
· 5+ years of experience in sales or technical services with product and equipment knowledge within the fire suppressants markets.
· Knowledge and understanding of NFPA requirement for flammable liquid system design and installation.
· Proven sales leadership success, with the ability to build a comprehensive strategy and implement.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills that can lead to productive interactions/relationships.
· Travel as needed (estimated at 50-60%) This position supports the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
