Kelli’s Gift Shop Suppliers and Cloverkey provide retail technology solutions for hospital gift shops nationwide. Our technology stack is Microsoft-centric, with NCR Counterpoint at the center of our retail and operations systems. At the same time, we are actively modernizing with .NET MAUI and Blazor to deliver next-generation retail applications. 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Software Developer with strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server and either: 

• NCR Counterpoint (POS/ERP customizations, integrations, hooks), OR 
• Blazor (ASP.NET Blazor) for modern web application development (experience with DevExpress Blazor or similar component libraries a plus). 

This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing retail systems, SQL-based integrations, and supporting our transition toward modern .NET MAUI/Blazor applications. Candidates with both Counterpoint and Blazor experience are especially encouraged to apply. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Develop and maintain applications and integrations, either within NCR Counterpoint or Blazor, depending on experience. 
• Work with SQL Server databases to design, query, and optimize performance. 
• Support integrations (e.g., SPS Commerce, payroll deduction, Vertex tax, payment gateways). 
• Build and maintain ETL processes (SSIS and related data pipelines). 
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve workflows. 
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. 
• Assist in migrating legacy custom apps toward .NET MAUI/Blazor solutions. 
• Provide occasional troubleshooting for store-level Counterpoint setups (replication, station configurations, etc.) if Counterpoint-experienced. 

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of software development experience. 
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning). 
• Hands-on experience with NCR Counterpoint or Blazor (ASP.NET Blazor). 
• Experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core. 
• Familiarity with SSIS, EDI/ETL, and API integrations a plus. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small collaborative team. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with both NCR Counterpoint and Blazor. 
• Familiarity with DevExpress Blazor components or other UI libraries (Telerik, Syncfusion, Radzen). 
• Knowledge of NCR Counterpoint replication, station setup, and store networking. 
• Exposure to modern CI/CD tools. 
• Experience with .NET MAUI or other cross-platform frameworks

Work Environment

This position is currently based in our Carrollton, TX office.  We will be relocating to our new office in Coppell, TX mid-December 2025.  Some flexibility may be available, but this role is expected to be primarily on-site to support close collaboration with IT and business operations.
