Job Summary
Product Test Engineer reports to the PT manager and is responsible for developing and executing test plans, maintaining test automation tools, analyzing test results, and creating reports. This position contributes to improving product quality and plays a crucial role in meeting product release schedules through collaboration with various departments. Key skills required include experience in test engineering, test automation tools, software and hardware testing, and defect tracking systems. This role offers growth opportunities through cross-departmental collaboration.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans
- Develop and maintain test automation tools
- Analyze test results and create reports
- Develop test strategies to improve product quality
- Track and manage defects
- Collaborate with various departments to meet product release schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field
- Experience with test automation tools
- Experience in software (VC++, C++, Perl, etc.) and hardware testing
- Experience with defect tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Adequate English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with QCT chipsets is considered beneficial
- Approximately 6 years of experience in test engineering
- Good understanding in the production process of 5G module
- Experience with advanced test automation frameworks and tools
