Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of fresh, high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking under pressure
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and strong team communication
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations in accordance with Florida standards
  • Assist with inventory 
  • Support menu development with new ideas and attention to detail
  • Bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic to every shift
  • Experience preferred, passion for food, reliability, and a willingness to learn are a must!

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is a must

  Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling
  • Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Manual dexterity for handling knives, tools, and kitchen equipment safely
  • Ability to work around steam, open flames, and cleaning agents
  • Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety and communication in a busy kitchen
  • Ability to climb a step stool or ladder when needed 
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
