Part-time Percussion Adjunct
Description

The Music Department at Greenville University is seeking a Part-time Percussion Adjunct beginning with the 2018-19 academic year.  Responsibilities include: Applied Percussion lessons, Percussion Methods Class, and possibly direct Fusion Ensemble.  

Requirements

 Job duties include: end of semester juries, possible senior percussion recital oversight, D2L learning management and assessment responsibilities required.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or artist diploma. Preferred experience in teaching collegiate percussion applied lessons, both contemporary and classical.  Experience coaching contemporary ensembles preferred.  Commitment to working with undergraduates in a liberal-arts setting. Must maintain a professional appearance; be in sympathy with and supportive of the Christian mission of Greenville University.


Start Date:  Late August, 2018
