About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze assigned territory to identify sales potential and drive market growth.
- Plan and execute effective sales calls and customer visits.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage the sales process from quotation through order fulfillment.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activity, and account progress.
- Act as a consultative partner, providing technical knowledge and solutions to customers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally with technical equipment or industrial products.
- Familiarity with NDT testing methods. NDT certifications are preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a full sales cycle.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
