Socket is looking for an organized and talented Data Entry Specialist - Sales to join our team! This role is crucial to ensuring that our fiber orders and customer accounts are accurately entered, tracked, and fulfilled in a timely manner.
This is an in-office position.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately submit and manage fiber orders in the Socket system
- Create and maintain customer billing accounts
- Occasionally coordinate and schedule with customers as needed
- Ensure all order details and documentation are complete and accurate
- Follow established workflows and company processes with consistency
- Procure necessary components and services related to customer orders
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related discrepancies or issues
- Other duties as assigned
